afton is afraid of the wind, abel sucks his breath in anytime the wind hits his face. our windy outdoor playtime quickly ended. but i love my kids in hoodies.
abel will fall asleep anywhere. the carseat, his chair, my lap/shoulder, propped knees and especially floor.
afton's favorite day of the week is POPCORN MOVIE NIGHT! we have popcorn for dinner and afton gets to pick any movie to watch the whole way through. here's afton being the fairy godmother.
a rainy Saturday is the perfect time for making cookies. afton kept asking for her own chocolate chips and finally said, "chocolate chips will make me healthy and strong and grow big" so of course i gave her some! she loves licking the mixer when the dough is ready (i suspect it's the reason she helps in the first place). it's the best messy fun she can have. and it's the only mess she never asks me to wipe off her hands.

cute pictures, liz. i love the one of abel asleep. he must be a good baby if he'll sleep anywhere. once in a while abby will just fall asleep laying on the floor or bed. i love it!
