we got the bottom condo (2 BR with a roomy 3rd/office which we will use as a media/play room for now). it has a fenced in yard and patio, so many closets and beautiful new appliances. my favorite thing is that it is NEW and NICE. it's also close to work and close to Boulder.
now to stock it with lovely things!

I love it, love the color, style, space, YARD!, oh you are just going to cry when you sit in your own yard that you BOUGHT once you moved in. Call me and I will cry happy tears with you. I am so thrilled for you guys. all the waiting and hard for on all accounts is so worth it for you guys today!
