1. It’s cheap. $650 for a 2BR/2BA with WD, DW, AC and free heat (controlled by us!) is nothing to complain about.
2. Retail employees behave as they should meaning they speak English and don’t piss you off by having side conversations with co-workers making you wait in line even longer (Wal-Mart not included).
3. There are 3 Target’s all with plentiful FREE parking!
4. The malls have play spaces for kids...another fun , free place to go.
5. Winter is mild. Snow melts a few hours after it falls.
6. Dating is back! Since things are affordable in Richmond, we can go on a date every now and then AND pay a babysitter AND get dessert.
7. Great old people with great stories all in southern accents.
Well seven is pretty close to ten...I’m still working on my Richmond attitude adjustment.
